Air filter

An air filter is an air admission element of an engine's air system that was created to filter air impurities that go inside the engine; this air is used in a combustion mixture. It´s principal function is to filter impurities present in the atmosphere, like pollen, soot and dirt particles, that can eventually bring problems in the engine. 

The contaminant retention happens through a device (filter) which uses a pore media to remove or to separate impurities through a mechanical or physical process through filter elements like polyester, felt, fiber, paper, etc.

The air filter is the most important component to protect the engine and to avoid wear and this piece is important to control the pollutant emissions. If a car runs without a filter the durability of the engine will be affected.

They have a lot of suppliers in the entire world and each one uses different materials and in some cases poor quality.

They need to create a material specification and to do audits at the suppliers.

2. Responding to customer needs.

Subsidiaries are not responding quickly to customers' needs when they solicit any change.

This problem is common and difficult to be solved in big companies, especially companies that have subsidiaries in others countries.

They can create a modification line, a type of by-pass, where they can do some changes without the normal bureaucracy.

3. Design.

The company has lost their creativity and the most important cause is because there's not enough contact between designers at the different production centers.

They need to create a creativity center, where it has responsibility to manage all the development of new collections.

X-Men First Class

X-Men First Class is the fifth movie of the X-men series released  in June, 2011. It tells a story how a wonderful student Charlie Xavier becomes Professor Xavier and a young boy, Erik Lensherr, who was arrested in a German concentration camp, becomes the powerful Magneto.

The professor Xavier and Magneto try to find all mutants to join them; where Professor Xavier takes them to his mansion and starts to train them. They try to convince Wolverine to come with them, but he did not want to. Wolverine is my favorite character, but unfortunately he only appears for few seconds in this movie.

After a fight, Erik Lensherr deflects one bullet that hits Xavier in the spine. Xavier now in a wheelchair decided to come to his mansion and open a school.

That is the story how X-Men started. If you like sci-fi movies, especially X-Men, this is a good suggestion.
